Abby 2 (was June) and Luna were owner surrenders to our local animal shelter because the elderly owners could no longer care for them. Abby is about a year and a half old, weighs 33 pounds, and stands about 16 inches tall. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, heartworm negative and on heartworm preventive. Abby has always lived outside so is working on house training,

Notes from her foster mom: Abby is an incredibly sweet girl and working on her housetraining. Sometimes when she gets excited, she will “smile’ by crinkling up her nose and showing her teeth, but only for a short time. She loves our cat and loves walks. She always shows happy excitement when meeting other dogs. Abby also loves small children and is very gentle around them. Abby loves belly rubs, running and jumping and like all young dogs loves to chew. Abby also seems to want to be a gentle caretaker of her family, she seems protective without being threatening. She will also need at least a 6 foot tall fence as she can jump pretty high.
