Sugar came to Austin Sheltie Rescue as a scared 5 pound, 3 month old puppy in March 2009.  She spent the next, almost 16 years with the foster failure family.  She was know as the 5 pound bag of Sugar, Sugar the Wench, a friend to other foster dogs, and a subtle charmer of young children.  She left us October 21st, just short of 16 years and is sorely missed.  Run free little herder and the gal in charge of Sugar Cookies.
